St. Petersburg's best 4th of July activities
Raise your hand if you are as excited about celebrating the red, white, and blue as we are!? This weekend is packed with fun-filled events in St. Petersburg, and we honestly want to do all the things. So here’s a must-do list for the holiday:
4th of July activities in St. Petersburg
• The Fourth Independence Day Celebration at St. Pete Pier
Friday, July 2nd, 5 pm to 10 pm
Saturday, July 3rd, 12 pm to 10 pm
Sunday, July 4th, 6 am to Fireworks Show at 9 pm
This 3-day event is filled with fun activities for all, including the inaugural St. Pete Pier Run, Silent Disco, Gulp Coast Craft Beer Garden, Food Trucks & Vendors, Pie Eating Contest, Live Music on the Visit St. Pete Clearwater Main Stage, Karaoke, Independence Day Movie, roaming entertainers, and so much more!
• Fireworks at Clearwater Threshers Game
Jul 2, 2021 – Jul 3, 2021
The Clearwater Threshers Independence Day Celebrations with Fireworks are at BayCare Ballpark on July 2 and 3, presented by Budweiser. Gates open at 5:30 pm on Friday and 5 pm on Saturday for the 6:30 pm games with the St. Lucie Mets. Stay after for the largest Threshers postgame fireworks display of the season, the same amazing show both nights!
• 4th of July Fireworks Largo
7–9 pm (Fireworks begin at dusk!)
Largo Central Park
Bring your chairs, blankets, and family and enjoy a spectacular fireworks show. Limited on-site parking, $10. NO pets, alcohol, tents, fireworks or sparklers permitted in the park. Food and beverage vendors will be on-site.
• Treasure Island 4th of July Fireworks
Sunday, Jul 4
Celebrate America by watching the city of Treasure Island light up with spectacular fireworks on the beach, starting at 9 pm Fireworks will be shot from the beach near Gulf Front Park, located at 10400 Gulf Blvd. Bring a beach chair or towel and enjoy the show as fireworks light up the night sky.
